I don't know about you, but the winter months sometimes bring on the desire to hibernate, cozy up under blankets, and eat comfort foods. I'm thinking maybe Northeasterners can definitely relate?
At any rate, I'm trying to remind myself more and more that we as humans were not meant to remain motionless, physically, mentally or otherwise. It's a necessity that I am trying to keep in my daily routine. As Gabrielle Reece put it on a recent post, "don't lose your health to appreciate it."
I've already got Spring in mind and another vegetable garden in the works. More to come on that! Trying to add more exercise and want the husband and I to do that together when we can. Our poor bikes have deflated tires if that's any indication!! :-P
